Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, supplies, and tools
• Ensure equipment reliability and availability
• Perform inspections during service execution stages, including protection of finished services
• Read and interpret technical drawings and service execution procedures
• Verify compliance with product quality standards and operational procedures
• Document and report progress, non-conformities, occurrences, and implemented actions
• Compile "data books" throughout the production process
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and disciplinary standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001

Requirements

• High school diploma with vocational training in a relevant area
• Proficiency in technical drawing reading, symbology, and advanced metrology
• Knowledge of industrial mathematics and ABNT technical standards
• Experience in machine and equipment inspection (Abraman) and material specifications
• Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and aerial platforms
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP systems
