Quality Control Head Machining

Responsibilities

• Ensure standardized quality assurance across the production chain, including core making, casting, and machining.
• Maintain and manage quality control assets such as X-Ray equipment, CMMs, borescopes, and ultrasonic equipment.
• Lead inspection and product release procedures for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Participate in customer complaint resolution using methodologies like 8D, 5W, and 5D.
• Support PPAP activities and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and product specifications.
• Manage quality alerts, containment actions, and the segregation of OK and NOK inventory.
• Conduct Red Rabbit exercises and attribute agreement studies to validate inspection effectiveness and poka-yoke systems.
• Develop and improve Final Inspection areas and quality control strategies for new and mature programs.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong technical competence in Core Tools, GD&T, and Problem Solving methodologies.
• Proven experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations.
• Strong soft skills in decision making, planning, time management, conflict management, and negotiation.
