Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess product quality
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Identify defects and non-conformities and work with production teams to remedy issues
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Conduct training programs for staff on quality control processes and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or Katalon
• Experience with test automation scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
