Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspection and testing of electronic components in accordance with customer requirements and IDEA-1010 counterfeit prevention standards
• Analyze and document test and inspection results and communicate findings to Quality, Warehouse, and Commodity Managers
• Ensure proper disposition of components, directing conforming parts to storage and quarantining non-conforming parts
• Verify execution of all quality procedures in alignment with industry standards
• Follow strict ESD handling procedures to safeguard sensitive components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes and achieve zero defects
• Identify and recommend process enhancements, workflow adjustments, and equipment upgrades

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment
• Availability to work overtime on weekends when necessary
• Proficiency with standard business tools such as MS Office 365
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
