Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities.
• Supervise project Quality Control activities and act as the focal point for QC inspection on specific vessels.
• Support the Project Quality Manager (PQM) and Quality Control Manager (QCM) in defining QC systems, plans, and procedures.
• Plan and allocate QC Supervisors and Inspectors to various project areas.
• Review Quality Control Plans and verify that all tests, controls, and inspections are performed according to Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Ensure correct project material storage, handling, traceability, and preservation.
• Verify the implementation of the inspection, control, and test notification process.
• Monitor the detection and recording of Non-Conformities and ensure relevant corrective actions are implemented.
• Collect and analyze project QC data and prepare the Final QC Dossier.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication and construction processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating a team of Inspectors.
• Proven experience with platform installation and Hook Up activities.
• Professional certification: CSWIP 3.2, AWS QC1, PCN welding inspector level 3, or IIW-CWI-C.
• Coating certification: NACE 2 or FROSIO 3.
• Proficiency in the English language.
