Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities.
• Supervise project Quality Control activities and act as a focal point for QC inspection on the vessel.
• Assist the Project Quality Manager (PQM) and Quality Control Manager (QCM) in defining QC systems, plans, and procedures.
• Review Quality Control Plans and verify that tests, controls, and inspections are executed according to Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Ensure correct material storage, handling, traceability, and preservation in compliance with certification requirements.
• Verify the implementation of the inspection, control, and test notification processes.
• Manage and collect documentation certifying tests and inspections, including mechanical completion and final QC Dossiers.
• Monitor Non-Conformity detection, recording, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze project QC data for management reviews and lessons learned processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) inspection.
• Expertise in documentation management and technical record-keeping.
