Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Assurance Inspection systems, including Non-Conforming Material Reports (NMR) and customer sample programs
• Pack customer samples for shipment daily, including managing cold chain requirements
• Organize and maintain proper storage and disposal of PCI and customer retain samples
• Perform annual visual inspections of retains per APR requirements
• Manage NMR associated paperwork, logs, and transactions within JDE
• Coordinate with Business Unit representatives, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality regarding NMR details and disposition
• Maintain and report required Quality Metrics related to NMRs to management
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate common programs
• Professional English proficiency for effective communication and reading standard documentation
• Intermediate reasoning skills to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions
