Quality Control Case Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality control and compliance reviews of SNAP cases to ensure accurate eligibility and benefit calculations
• Identify errors and discrepancies using Agency systems including WMS, SPOS, Angie, and TALX
• Prepare case review summaries, audit-related records, and corrective action memorandums
• Support audit readiness by validating review samples and coordinating materials for internal and external audits
• Evaluate SNAP policies and procedures to identify gaps or inconsistencies between state and agency guidelines
• Collaborate with eligibility staff and supervisors to implement corrective actions and resolve compliance issues
• Provide error finding summaries to assist in the development of training sessions for frontline staff

Requirements

• Must be permanent in the Principal Administrative Associate civil service title
• Baccalaureate degree and 3 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• OR Associate degree and 4 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• OR High school diploma and 5 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
