Quality Control Auditor

Responsibilities

• Monitor production of work orders by auditing First Piece Sign Off (FASO)
• Periodically audit work orders in process by reviewing press retains
• Complete Plant Test Methods (PTM) to ensure product performance
• Audit electronic art files before submittal to production
• Assist Quality Manager in developing and implementing QMS documents
• Perform internal auditing of the QMS
• Maintain a clean work area and follow established safety practices

Requirements

• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, FDA, BSI)
• Knowledge of Flexographic and/or digital printing
• Previous experience as a Quality Auditor
