About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform release and stability testing, including cell-based bioassays, ID ELISA, potency ELISA, and impurities ELISA
  • Execute method qualification, validation, and transfer activities
  • Conduct laboratory investigations regarding deviations, Out of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT) results
  • Manage standard operating procedures, work instructions, protocols, and reports
  • Maintain a compliant, clean, and safe working environment in accordance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations
  • Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments

Requirements

  • BS/MS in an applicable discipline (Biochemistry or Biology preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Hands-on experience with bioassays and potency assays
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency with LIMS, Trackwise, or SoftMax Pro
