Quality Control Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, transcription, and clarification of data collected during clinical studies
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Check Informed Consent Forms for completeness and protocol compliance
• Verify inclusion/exclusion criteria and assessment performance against protocol specifications
• Control source data in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform data entry from ClinBase® and source data to paper or electronic Case Report Forms (e-CRF)
• Monitor Adverse Event and Concomitant Medication documentation
• Conduct systematic reviews of clinical documentation and database entries

Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, specifically with Windows Office
• Availability: Students (16 hours per week + 25%) or Temporary Workers (minimum 20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data transcription, data validation, or data processing
• Medical or Scientific University education
