Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming material inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Perform in-process quality controls throughout production activities to ensure compliance
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs)
• Complete final inspections of products before release
• Prepare, verify, and release quality documentation for outgoing products and samples
• Execute tasks, projects, and policies assigned by management to achieve organizational goals
• Adhere to established rules, regulations, workplace discipline, and safety procedures

Requirements

• University Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, Agro industrial technology, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and excellent academic performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge of GCMS, NIR, density meter, refractometer, and photometric determination
