Quality Control and Microbiology Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead QC and Microbiology teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee all laboratory activities including chemical and microbiological testing
• Drive quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review and approve validation protocols, test results, and batch release decisions
• Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections
• Manage departmental resources, budgets, and team development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role
• Strong expertise in QC, Microbiology, and regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
