Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and perform testing as per methods, following SOPs, Deviations, and Change Control programs and cGMP guidelines
• Ensure work order documentation is complete and results are entered into the Laboratory Information System
• Prioritize, schedule, and plan daily work to maintain efficient workflow and meet due dates
• Report testing failures immediately to the Department Manager and assist in investigations
• Maintain equipment in good order, performing calibrations and qualifications as required
• Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Thermometer, and Oven
• Record findings in standardized formats, maintaining analyst notebooks and records

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience testing with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Thermometer, and Oven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately and safely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
