Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the establishment, qualification, and commissioning of the new QC laboratory in Beijing.
• Implement chemical and chemical-physical bioanalytical tests for drug substance release, incoming materials, and in-process controls.
• Support analytical method transfers, verification, and validation activities.
• Execute analytical testing and perform timely QC data reviews.
• Maintain conscientious documentation of all measurement results and raw data in accordance with cGMP and data integrity requirements.
• Manage laboratory consumables, including reagents, columns, and reference standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting analytical issues and executing assigned CAPAs.
• Perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and device re-qualification.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Professional experience with instrumental analysis, including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, titration, or TOC.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (reading and writing).
• Ability to analyze complex data and maintain high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in in-process control analysis of active ingredients.
• Proven experience in carrying out equipment qualification or method validation/transfer.
