Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards for raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products
• Perform in-process quality control and verify equipment cleanliness using ATP and allergen testing
• Execute HPLC analysis on bulk, finished products, and raw materials, interpreting results and proposing corrective actions
• Manage the annual maintenance plan for measuring equipment, including calibrations and verifications
• Conduct sampling of raw materials and packaging, and manage non-conforming material protocols
• Support production processes through formula adjustments in GSE software and weight validation for manufacturing batches
• Develop, validate, and improve quality methods for raw materials and finished products
• Load analytical results daily into Sample Manager and maintain necessary documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Agro-industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar quality control role
• Proficiency in HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) techniques and analytical instrumental tools
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM/GMP), allergen management, and HACCP
• Intermediate level of English
