Quality Conformance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues
• Manage continuous improvement projects to increase process performance and product adherence to standards
• Set measurement standards to improve process reliability and repeatability
• Facilitate improvements during the initial design phase and throughout the product lifecycle
• Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity to support company reputation and growth

• Proven track record in managing continuous improvement projects
