Quality & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of Baxter's Brazil operations for local manufacturing and imported products with national and international regulations.
• Implement corporate Quality System initiatives and maintain necessary licenses and authorizations.
• Act as the key point of contact for communication with the Ministry of Health.
• Identify legal and compliance risks within Brazil operations and prepare corrective action plans.
• Lead the coordination of audits, including pre-audit, during-audit, and post-audit tracking.
• Review and approve product condition documentation for submission to Regulatory Affairs.
• Manage quality implementation projects and interact with stakeholders to align business needs.
• Promote a culture of ethical practices and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Quality leadership roles.
• Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
• Proficiency in microinformatics/office software.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
