Quality Compliance Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Document Center, ensuring all manuals, procedures, and work instructions are accurate and accessible.
• Review revision levels of technical documentation annually and facilitate the communication of updates to relevant parties.
• Oversee training records and rosters to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and DCMA requirements.
• Implement and maintain a unified Skills Matrix across AHNA sites.
• Perform scheduled and random spot audits to ensure training records and skills matrices are up to date.
• Conduct gap analyses on current manuals and report non-compliance issues to management.
• Support the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Quality Dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (relevant aviation experience and formal training may be substituted).
• Minimum of 2 years of aviation experience in a FAA Part 21 manufacturing environment and/or Part 145 Repair Station.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AS9100 requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of Google Suite.
• Ability to read regulatory requirements and perform detailed gap analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional work groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably producing aircraft or helicopters.
• Extensive experience with EASA, FAA, and CASE standards.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with AS9100 requirements.
