Quality Clerk

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead to staff by providing work direction, prioritizing tasks, and training employees in operational areas.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and products within the assigned area.
• Perform complex forklift operations, including handling heavy and oversized pieces.
• Complete and verify forms, labels, and documentation to ensure inventory accuracy and successful delivery of goods.
• Prepare and assemble orders, including picking, counting, and moving materials using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks and identify potential operational or service concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least five years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification within 3 to 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
