About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit and inspect all products prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality standards are met
- Monitor the quality of outgoing shipments and identify non-conformances
- Ensure all processes follow established accuracy and quality protocols
- Follow health and safety policies in compliance with company and OSHA regulations
- Resolve discrepancies or escalate issues according to established processes
- Establish priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively in a warehouse environment
- Work overtime and weekends as required to meet operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ year of experience in a full-time quality role (e.g., Quality Auditor, Specialist, or Inspector)
- Basic technical and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
