Quality Auditor

Responsibilities

• Stop production lines when quality, safety, or environmental criteria are compromised
• Manage internal and external customer complaints by defining and implementing corrective actions
• Follow up on the execution and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Collaborate on internal and process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Participate in technical negotiations or clarifications with customers regarding quality deviations
• Ensure products meet customer and organizational quality standards
• Manage calibration and MSA requirements for measurement equipment
• Monitor SPC process controls and defined characteristics

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma (preferably in industrial areas)
• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Proficiency in handling measurement instruments and SPC knowledge
• Strong observation skills, discipline, and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work rotating shifts
