Quality Auditor Jr

Responsibilities

• Detect deviations, non-compliance, and areas for improvement in construction processes through random audits.
• Act as an external leader to the building team to manage corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure labor harmony and resolve technical doubts.
• Maintain well-founded and backed information regarding all evaluations and observations.
• Assume responsibility for assigned projects and decision-making that impacts quality standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction processes, specifically in horizontal series housing construction.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
