Quality Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of servers, racks, and components to ensure compliance with reliability and workmanship specifications
• Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications
• Monitor and report quality metrics to meet business needs
• Prepare reject reports and assist with the disposition of non-conforming materials and products
• Notify appropriate personnel of unusual product defects or process yield issues
• Conduct process audits and assist manufacturing in interpreting quality and workmanship standards

Requirements

• Knowledge of ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements
• Experience with Layered Process Audits (LPA)
• Proficiency in electronic assembly, including components, schematics, and surface mount assembly
• Experience with microscope inspection and various measuring tools
• Proficiency with office software, including word-processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Physical ability to use ladders and lift/push up to 40 lbs
