Quality Auditor

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure critical product characteristics
• Evaluate process requirements and specifications to ensure compliance
• Perform dimensional, aesthetic, and functional inspections on in-process materials and finished products
• Participate in defect investigations, troubleshooting exercises, and failure mode evaluations
• Execute inspection plans for components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
• Generate audit and inspection reports to identify process improvement opportunities
• Follow up on inspection and audit findings to ensure closure of corrective actions

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for necks, bodies, and/or guitars
• 1 year of inspection experience in woodworking or electronics manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP applications
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency with measurement instruments (vernier, depth gauge, pin gages, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
