Quality Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on finished goods, purchased parts, in-process parts, and subassemblies
• Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Conduct partial disassembly of finished goods using hand tools for inspection
• Use precision tools including gauges, indicators, micrometers, measuring tapes, and scales
• Utilize computer systems and AS400 for documentation and tracking
• Identify and report abnormal quality conditions and complete inspection reports
• Perform testing and calibration activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality, Inspection, or testing
