About the role
Responsibilities
- Initiate corrective actions and perform root cause analysis
- Make recommendations to management for process improvement
- Observe production processes to ensure quality standards
- Manage allergen protocols and food safety compliance
Requirements
- 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
- Experience with SQF/BRC food safety systems
- Experience with Allergen Management
- Proficiency in math and record keeping
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs
- Ability to carry up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Availability for 2nd shift (approx. 3pm to 1:30am)
Preferred Qualifications
- HACCP/PCQI certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
