Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform internal QC testing and verification using appropriate testing equipment
• Provide detailed reporting of quality checks to support decision-making
• Support the development and execution of In-Process QC testing and inspections
• Verify, certify, and document plant processes, equipment, and activities
• Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting initiatives
• Complete and prepare documentation including reports, SOPs, work instructions, and batch records
• Monitor process control methods and parameters to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System

Requirements

• High school certificate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Visio, and Excel
• Ability to lift materials and equipment up to 40lbs
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods in a production environment
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in a related scientific or technical field
• Experience working in a quality control or laboratory environment
• Experience utilizing scientific equipment
