Responsibilities
- Provide people and operational leadership in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Manage frontline quality, manufacturing, or lab personnel during the 3rd shift (Friday - Sunday; 7pm - 7am)
- Make real-time quality decisions regarding product holds and releases
- Manage deviations and nonconforming material
- Escalate production quality issues as required
- Lead off-shift and weekend operations with minimal oversight
