Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the activities of Quality Assurance inspectors
• Set quality standards and goals for the department
• Provide training to employees and monitor safety protocols
• Ensure competence in the inspection of complex machine parts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor role
• AS9100D Internal Auditor certification
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and NADCAP (Chemical Processing) requirements
• Proficiency in GD&T methodology and understanding of AS9145 APQP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements (US Person status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent college-level work in a related field
