Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming packaging materials against approved specifications and dielines
• Conduct in-line and final QC checks on bundling and kitting operations
• Validate barcode, SKU, batch code, and marketplace-specific labels for accuracy
• Coordinate packaging validation tests including drop, compression, and transit tests
• Perform product-level quality checks during packing and manage non-conforming items
• Apply AQL sampling standards to drive inspection decisions and develop checklists
• Own pre-shipment QA sign-off and issue detailed inspection reports
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and CAPAs
• Supervise and train QC inspectors and third-party teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or Packaging
• 3–7 years of QA/QC experience in consumer goods manufacturing
• Supervisory experience and team oversight
• Expertise in packaging materials, bundling/kitting, and master carton standards
• Knowledge of AQL sampling (ISO 2859) and packaging test methods
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and working-level English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inspection logs and defect trending

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon FBA prep requirements (SIOC, labeling, compliance)
• Exposure to travel goods, health & wellness, or fitness product categories
• Familiarity with consumer compliance standards such as CE, RoHS, Prop 65, or CPSIA
