About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores
- Monitor calls to ensure proper information is provided and client requirements and policies are met
- Analyze spreadsheets to pinpoint patterns and guide performance training
- Prepare reports based on thorough knowledge of client-specific call and product requirements
- Manage multiple, complex, and ongoing tasks using strong organizational skills
