Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform complete initial sampling including documentation according to PPAP, VDA-Band 2, or customer specifications
• Create and maintain initial sample documentation in various customer portals
• Conduct measurements using 3D measuring machines, contour testers, roughness testers, hardness testers, and manual measuring tools
• Arrange and track laboratory investigations according to internal and external specifications
• Provide data and evaluations regarding identified deviations for root cause analysis and implementation of measures
• Maintain and clean the work area

Requirements

• Completed training in a technical profession
• Confident use of measuring/testing equipment
• Experience with 3D measuring machines and contour/roughness testers preferred
• Good general PC and MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge is desirable
• Willingness to work occasional shifts
