Quality Assurance Specialist, Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct in-depth investigations to determine root causes of operational deviations
• Recommend and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce recurrence
• Partner with operations teams to analyze and communicate trends resulting from investigations
• Act as a key quality resource for production staff, including supervisors and operators, regarding GMP compliance
• Support "Zero Defect" projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and visual management methods
• Guide the operations team on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance systems or compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in French is required for effective communication and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in problem-solving and applying process improvement tools
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
• Solid practical knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, Minitab, or LIMS
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects under pressure
