About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct in-depth investigations to determine root causes of operational deviations
- Recommend and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce recurrence
- Partner with operations teams to analyze and communicate trends resulting from investigations
- Act as a key quality resource for production staff, including supervisors and operators, regarding GMP compliance
- Support "Zero Defect" projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and visual management methods
- Guide the operations team on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance systems or compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in French is required for effective communication and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in problem-solving and applying process improvement tools
- Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
- Solid practical knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, Minitab, or LIMS
- Ability to manage multiple priority projects under pressure
