Quality Assurance Specialist - Mechanical & Electrical

Responsibilities

• Administer the Company Quality Management System and ensure consistent implementation across the project
• Assist with developing and executing project quality policies and procedures
• Assign and coordinate activities and schedules for Quality Auditors and Coordinators
• Develop and manage the annual quality audit schedule
• Facilitate and maintain the project’s Lessons Learned process and database
• Provide internal quality training and presentations to office and field teams
• Build understanding of ISO Standards and support compliance

Requirements

• Associate degree in Quality Management or 7+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience
• Proficiency with computers and software including Word, Excel, and database applications
• Ability to work in demanding construction environments, including lifting 50+ lbs and navigating uneven terrain
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence field and project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center construction experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems including switchgear, UPS, PDUs, and generators
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including chillers, cooling systems, HVAC, and piping
• Experience in critical MEP installation and commissioning environments
