Responsibilities
- Execute quality tasks and operations using broad knowledge of Quality principles, practices, and procedures
- Support Change Control processes and the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system
- Manage nonconforming material processes and supplier qualification processes
- Support internal and third-party audit processes
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct audits of suppliers, including contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers
- Work with the Material Review Board, Purchasing, and Suppliers to resolve product issues
- Coordinate and manage relationships with outside contract manufacturers
