Quality Assurance Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of an effective Supplier Management process
• Support supplier qualifications and manage supplier documentation
• Assist in scheduling supplier audits and maintain the Approved Supplier List
• Prepare and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) in a timely manner
• Compile and report monthly KPIs to key stakeholders
• Support the quality team with non-conforming events, complaints, and change control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of related Quality Assurance experience in a life science or regulated environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Quality Department within a Life Sciences-regulated environment
• Specific experience in supplier management
