About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance of workforce activities using statistical sampling, audit, and observation techniques
- Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements
- Implement continuous quality improvement processes through review of operations and administrative systems
- Evaluate internal reports and provide required monitoring documents
- Review customer survey data regularly
- Document timely and accurate case management activities in required systems
- Ensure performance reviews of caseload conform to State guidelines
- Provide monitoring reports to the QA Manager
Requirements
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced, and confidential work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy for statistical compilation, analysis, and database access
- Directly related work experience in performance monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of case management experience
