About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance of workforce activities using statistical sampling, audit, and observation techniques
  • Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements
  • Implement continuous quality improvement processes through review of operations and administrative systems
  • Evaluate internal reports and provide required monitoring documents
  • Review customer survey data regularly
  • Document timely and accurate case management activities in required systems
  • Ensure performance reviews of caseload conform to State guidelines
  • Provide monitoring reports to the QA Manager

Requirements

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced, and confidential work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy for statistical compilation, analysis, and database access
  • Directly related work experience in performance monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years of case management experience
