About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor data entry performance and work with supervisors to implement improvement plans
- Prepare quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Conduct audit work in accordance with acceptable audit standards and plans
- Maintain all records of QA activities, including identified issues
- Collaborate with Training and Compliance departments to direct QA issues for investigation and resolution
- Participate in periodic calibrations and quarterly center evaluation programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
- Familiarity with data entry quality, performance, and ethical standards
- Ability to complete 2 to 3 QA Evaluation forms per hour on average
