Quality Assurance Senior Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous quality inspections on incoming parts, line-side products, and outgoing products according to SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Conduct laboratory tests using advanced analytical equipment and computerized systems to evaluate samples.
• Enter test results into the system and issue detailed reports.
• Escalate non-conforming results to appropriate team members promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance on testing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Handle, disassemble, and dispose of scrap and raw materials safely following regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain work-site cleanliness in accordance with 5S3R standards.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced production and laboratory environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret graphs and measurements.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and escalating issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or Associate’s degree.
• Prior experience in quality assurance or a laboratory setting.
