Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance Validation function for both sterile and non-sterile operations ensuring compliance with cGMP
• Oversee planning, execution, review, and lifecycle management of validation activities including process, cleaning, and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Ensure validation master plans, protocols, and reports are developed and maintained per regulatory expectations
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Control to improve validated processes
• Drive investigations, risk assessments, change control, and CAPA activities related to validation
• Support technology transfer, new product introductions, and facility expansion projects
• Ensure validation readiness for regulatory inspections and customer audits
• Lead training initiatives to enhance staff knowledge of validation principles and cGMP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• 7–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
• Expertise in validation for sterile and non-sterile manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality risk management, and change control
• Experience in technology transfer and new product introduction
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent command of English
• Background in project management for EU-regulated pharmaceutical products
