Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance activities related to validation for both sterile and non-sterile operations
• Ensure planning, execution, and monitoring of validation activities across manufacturing processes and systems
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to maintain and improve validated processes
• Conduct internal audits and assessments of validation activities, documentation, and systems
• Manage and coordinate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) related to validation findings
• Support technology transfer and new product introduction
• Lead training initiatives regarding validation practices and cGMP requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• 7–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in validation for sterile and non-sterile operations (process, cleaning, and equipment qualification)
• Strong understanding of cGMP and quality systems
• Experience managing teams, leading audits, and managing diverse customer requirements
• Experience in technology transfer projects and new product project management
• Excellent English, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographical regions
