Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) MH-60 Helicopter

Responsibilities

• Perform field and sustainment level maintenance support, quality control, and inspections for MH-60 helicopters to support the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
• Implement quality control and ground safety programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Manage, monitor, and inspect aeronautical programs using the Navy Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and Computerized Self Evaluation Checklist (CSEC).
• Inspect and verify proper documentation of Safety of Flight discrepancies.
• Perform Special, Work Center, and Program audits of maintenance actions, procedures, equipment, and facilities.
• Examine parts and components for conformance to design specifications to determine serviceability.
• Review maintenance source documents, aircraft inspection records, and technical trends to initiate appropriate actions.
• Assist and train the RSNF QA work center on procedurals, audits, and QA functions.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) experience.
• 10 years of rotary wing experience.
• Strong knowledge of NAMP and 4790.2.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in the English language.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Navy MH-60 CDQAR or QAR experience.
• Specific experience with the Navy MH-60 series.
• FAA A&P with Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic.
