About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document system and release testing for iOS updates, Adyen firmware, and Store Commerce app releases
- Validate system setup for New Store Openings (NSO) via end-to-end testing in live environments
- Support fiscalisation solution testing for legal and tax compliance
- Validate POS-to-core system integration for pricing, products, and transaction accuracy
- Manage the 24/7 service desk and act as third-line support for critical escalations
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Operations and business teams
- Manage issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution of defects
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems, integrations, and retail IT environments
- Strong background in testing, QA, release management, or service delivery
- Knowledge of fiscalisation requirements in retail
- Proven experience in service desk operations, SLA monitoring, or incident management
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Strong documentation and process management skills
