Quality Assurance (QA)

Responsibilities

• Label and annotate data including text, image, audio, or video based on project guidelines
• Categorize and structure raw data into machine-readable formats
• Identify patterns, edge cases, and ambiguous data for escalation
• Review annotated data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Perform random and targeted quality checks on datasets to identify mislabeling or incorrect classifications
• Provide clear feedback to annotators and track quality metrics and error trends
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is mandatory
• Proven experience working as a Data Annotator
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and complex instructions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent quality
