Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Determine, negotiate, and agree upon internal quality procedures, service standards, and specifications to improve performance.
• Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in quality assurance services.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate quality assurance processes.
• Develop and govern internal quality assurance procedures to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Create reports and presentations on quality assurance performance for internal senior stakeholders.
• Execute service quality assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations, feedback, and coaching to colleagues.
• Determine risk based on the outcome of QA reviews and flag risks that fall outside of tolerance.

Requirements

• Strong experience within Financial Crime, including a solid understanding of associated processes and controls.
• Proven experience working in Quality Control or Quality Assurance environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and reporting.
• Ability to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make evaluative judgements based on factual information.

Preferred Qualifications

• ICA qualification or an equivalent professional certification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
