Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) controls
• Maintain documented information and support the maintenance of ISO9001 certification
• Participate in both internal and external audits
• Identify and improve operational workflows to support process standardization
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across various teams
• Support risk and opportunity management
• Enhance process transparency, traceability, and structured governance practices

Requirements

• Experience working within software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
• Proven experience with quality assurance, governance, and process improvement
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
