About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) controls
- Maintain documented information and support the maintenance of ISO9001 certification
- Participate in both internal and external audits
- Identify and improve operational workflows to support process standardization
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across various teams
- Support risk and opportunity management
- Enhance process transparency, traceability, and structured governance practices
Requirements
- Experience working within software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
- Proven experience with quality assurance, governance, and process improvement
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
