Quality Assurance PM – MEP - Data Center Construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of electrical construction from preconstruction through L5 commissioning
• Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders and internal teams
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors
• Manage the interface between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, and closeout of mission critical systems
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and industry standards via field walks
• Manage method of procedure (MOP) review, feedback, and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience in data center construction or electrical contracting
• Proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5)
• Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, and RFIs
• Proficiency in Procore, P6, CxAlloy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of substation and power distribution systems
• Familiarity with MEP design
