Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities

• Audit and review quality data according to existing documents and procedures
• Manage and participate in QA functions defined by ISO/IEC:17025, ISO/IEC:9001, DoD QSM, and TNI Standards
• Maintain Quality Systems and perform daily reviews of operational activities
• Participate in investigations, impact assessments, and specialized reports
• Prepare and review department SOPs, worksheets, and data forms
• Perform laboratory and systems audits per assigned schedule
• Assist in maintaining regulatory certifications and participating in external audits
• Review and issue client reports in various electronic formats
• Manage PT samples, in-house blind QC samples, and maintain PT performance records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated commercial lab environment
• Knowledge of scientific principles, state regulations, ISO, and TNI Standards
• Advanced English language skills
• Strong mathematical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
