Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Intermediate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) program in a timely manner
• Perform control testing and contribute to the publication of comprehensive test reports
• Participate in Control & Monitoring Design Assessment (CMDA) meetings and provide expertise in drafting procedures
• Analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are effectively addressed
• Proactively identify monitoring breaks and suggest process enhancements
• Partner with onshore teams and control groups on risk redesign or reengineering initiatives
• Ensure 100% delivery in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage strong stakeholder relationships through regular touchpoint meetings

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Risk
• Proven experience working with various risk and control systems and reporting requirements
• Bachelor’s or University degree
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
